Daniel Kings has a degree on Food Science and Master's on Science in Dietetics & an IOC postgraduate diploma in sports nutrition. He has vast experience of working in varied performance environments

Prof Karim Chamari is a former elite windsurfer who participated in the 1992 Barcelona Olympic Games. He is the most active Sport Science Researchers in the fields of Ramadan and Football.

Dr Chiampas is an Assistant Professor and Attending Physician in the Dept. of Emergency Medicine and the Dept. of Orthopedic Surgery at the Feinberg School of Medicine.

Dr Chalabi is a highly motivated Sports Medicine Expert. He is currently the Executive Director for International Medical Affairs and a Medical Director General -PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN

Dr Rod Whiteley is a Specialist Sports Physiotherapist and who was awarded a fellowship in the first cohort in Australia, Assistant Director of Clinical Projects & Quality at Aspetar. He is also a Chief Examiners in SP College.

Daniel is the Head Physiotherapist in Aspire Academy. He completed his Post-graduate Diploma in Sports Physiotherapy, Master's Degree in Manual Therapy & Sports Performance by the Spanish OC.

Jaime is the Sport Psychologist of Qatar National Football -first- Team at Qatar FA and and has been a Senior Sport Psychologist and Lead Sports Psychology at Aspire Academy.

Nelda is a Registered Dietician with a BSc in Clinical Nutrition and a Masters in Food Management and a Specialization in Sports Nutrition from the International Olympic Committee.

Dr Zohreh is a Sports Medicine specialist and currently the Head of FIFA and AFC Medical center of excellence (IFMARK), Head of medical department of Iranian Football league as well as FIFA and AFC Medical and Doping Control Officer.

Dr Bahar Hassanmirzaei is a Sports and Exercise Medicine Specialist who graduated from Iran and has recently joined the Aspetar ASPREV) Project.

Konstantinos is a Physiotherapist and BSc in Health Sciences from Leeds Metropolitan Univ. He has been a full-time clinician with a special focus on sports injuries.

Dr Lee is am Associate Professor in Environmental and Exercise Physiology in the School of Sport, Exercise and Health Sciences at Loughborough University. An accredited Sports & Exercise Scientist/Physiologist by BASES.

Enda King is Head of Elite Performance and Development at the renowned FIFA Medical Centre of Excellence Aspetar, Qatar. He is a sports physiotherapist, strength and conditioning coach, researcher, and educator he has worked with individual athletes and elite teams across a spectrum of sports

Prof Alghwiri is a Physical Therapist with Master’s & PhD in Neurological Rehabilitation. She is currently the Vice Dean, School of Rehabilitation Sciences at the University of Jordan, a board member at the Jordanian Sports Medicine Federation & General Sec. at the Jordanian Athletic Therapy Association.

Dr Moreira is a Specialist in General Practice and in Sports and Exercise Medicine. Since 2021, He is the Medical Director of the Aspire Academy Sports Medicine Centre since 2021.

Eduardo Yamashiro completed his residency and fellowship training in musculoskeletal radiology at the University of São Paulo, Brazil. He subsequently went to a musculoskeletal fellowship at the University of California San Diego, USA.

Nelly is the Head Nurse Manager of the Athlete Screening Department at Aspetar which she has been involved in the commissioning, continuous development, and evolution of the Athlete Screening.

Dr Roula Kotsifaki is a physiotherapist and has an MSc in Motion Analysis & a PhD in Computer Modeling with a focus on the biomechanical profile of professional athletes after ACL reconstruction at the time to return to sport.

Carlos Schneider is the Director of Judicial Bodies at FIFA. Head of Disciplinary and Secretariat of the Investigatory Chamber Ethics at FIFA from 2018-2021.

Toni is the Radiology Supervisor at Aspetar. She is currently undergoing Medical Imaging Post Graduate studies specializing in MRI. Toni is a certified MR Safety Officer (MRSO) with the American Board of Magnetic Resonance Safety (ABMRS).

Dr Abduljabbar is an Orthopedic Surgeon & sports medicine and spine fellows at McGill University, Canada. He is a Asst. Professor at King Abdulaziz University.

James is a musculoskeletal radiologist working with Castlereagh Imaging since 1999. He currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer. He is a consultant radiologist with several professional sporting teams and has an active research program.

Raquel is a Spanish Sports physiotherapist working at Aspetar.
More than 10 years of experience worked as a sports physiotherapist and injury reconditioning trainer with professional football teams such as Fulham F.C and Villarreal C.F.

Dr Hassan is a Cardiologist at the Heart hospital in Qatar where he works as a Consultant in general cardiology and specialized in interventional cardiology.

Andy Massey joined FIFA in 2020, having worked at Liverpool FC for the previous 7 years as Head of Medical Services.

Prof Roald is a Professor of Sports Medicine in the Department of Sports Medicine at the Norwegian School of Sport Sciences.

Marc Vouillamoz has worked for UEFA for 27 years and has been in charge of the UEFA Medical and Anti-Doping Unit since 2005.

Paul Balsom is a UEFA Pro-Licence Coach and Head of UEFA’s Fitness for Football Advisory Group. A PhD in Exercise Physiology graduate.

Dr Schumacher joined Aspetar since 2012 managing the Medicine and Emergency Services Physician and Head of Sub-Specialty Medicine in Aspetar.

Dr Sofie Nelis is a Dutch trained physician working at Aspetar Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine in the musculoskeletal clinic as a physician and in the medical education department

Dr Arnaiz is a Spanish trained Radiologist with a focus on musculoskeletal diseases and Sports injuries. He is currently the Head of the Radiology Department of Aspetar.

Dr Yacine Zerguini is a Senior Consultant on Sports Traumatology, Knee Surgery and Arthroscopy and Chairman of the FIFA Medical Centre of Excellence - Algeria.

Dr Tabben is a Ph.D in Exercise Physiology, a former Karate world champion medalist. He currently working as Scientific Researcher and part of the ASPREV Department of Aspetar.

Dr Katharina rejoined FIFA in October 2021. She is a surgeon by education and obtained a Master of Science in Sports Medicine & she is member of various organisation such as FIMS, WADA to name a few.

Dr John currently practices in Transform Centre, a clinic he founded in 2012, where he has performed upward of 7600 surgeries. He consults 18 Football Clubs across the World and their National Rugby Team, part owns a football team in India.

Prof Tamimi, holds academic appointments at McGill University (Montreal, Canada) and at Qatar University as the Associate Dean of the College of Dental Medicine.

Theodosia Palli is a sports therapist, Bsc degree from Teesside University in UK. She is currently working in Aspetar for the last 8 years and previously worked in elite football clubs in UK & Greece

Dr Ryo is an Orthopaedic Surgeon and a Team Doctor at Japan Football Association participated in various international football competitions. Dr Ryo has joined the AFC Injury Surveillance program since 2017 and working closely with Aspetar.

Kent Jonny Andersson is an orthopaedic surgeon and hand surgeon, specialized in wrist arthroscopy, ligament reconstruction of the wrist and thumb among athletes, joint replacement in wrist, thumb and fingers and Nerve decompression of the hand and forearm.

Dato' Dr Suarn Singh graduated with M.B.B.S from University of Mysore. He has received a psychiatric residency training from the University of Malaya and Forensic Psychiatry from Institute of Psychiatry and University of London. He is a Consultant Forensic Psychiatrist.

Dr Nanussi is the President of the Italian Association of Gnathology and Orofacial Pain. Past-President of the Italian Society of Sports Dentistry & Board of European Association For Sport Dentistry.

Dr Zikria’s areas of clinical expertise include knee ligament reconstruction, elbow arthroscopy, shoulder arthroscopy, and articular cartilage injuries. He is actively involved in Autologous Chondrocyte Implantation and is one of the experts in the field.

Prof Guido Pieles is a Consultant Adult & Pediatric Sports & Congenital Cardiologist and an international expert in the care of elite and amateur athletes leading the Aspetar Sports Cardiology Dept.

Michael is currently the Head of Nutrition for the English Institute of Sport where he works with over 25 nutritionists providing support to 20 of Team GB's Olympic and Paralympic sports. He was the lead nutritionist for Team GB at the Rio 2016 Olympics.

Mariem Labidi is currently a last-year PhD candidate under the supervision of Professor Sebastien Racinais. Her PhD works explore the effect of heat therapy on human muscle functions.

Daniel Kim finished his studies with a Master of Law degree at the University of Zurich, Switzerland. Furthermore, he completed a Certificate of Advanced Studies in International Sports law in 2018. He is currently the Manager in FIFA Anti-Doping Unit.

Luciano is a Scouting and Analyst in Aspire Academy. He has joined Aspire in 2018 and currently the the Leader of Scouting Department. He has been worked for the last decade at different clubs.

Dr Tania graduated from La Trobe University with honours in 1997 and with a PhD in 2002. She is a member of the Shoulder and Elbow Physiotherapists of Australia and conducts lectures and a regular speaker at national and international conferences.

Dr Karim Khalladi is a certified clinical and sports psychologist and sleep technologist with
experience in supporting athletes with sports performance, injury, recovery, and mental health. He currently works at Aspetar.

Evi is a Senior Physical Coach and Head of the Strength and Conditioning section in Aspetar's Rehabilitation Dept. She is also former professional athlete in swimming and water polo

Dermot Simpson is a physiotherapist from Ireland. He completed his Physiotherapy degree and post graduate Master’s degree in Sports Physiotherapy from University College Dublin.

David Handelsman AO MB BS PhD FRACP FAHMS is Professor of Reproductive Endocrinology and Andrology, University of Sydney. Inaugural, and now Emeritus, Director of the ANZAC Research Institute and founding Head of Australia’s only Andrology Department at Concord Hospital.

Dr Ami is a Paediatrician and Clinical Geneticist with interest on the field of Neurogenetics, Neurometabolic disorders, Fetal genetics and autopsy and Genetic Academics. She is currently holds various posts such as Clinical assistant in Neurology, Consultant Pediatric Geneticist, Consultant Clinical Genetics to name a few.

Dr Olory is a French Orthopedic Surgeon. For over 10 years, he has cared for professional athletes and high-level sportsmen and women with lower limb pathologies in France.

Dr Marcus Hannon is an SENr registered performance nutritionist and is currently the Lead Performance Nutritionist at Aspire Academy in Doha, Qatar. He has worked with a range of youth and adult athletes across a variety of sports

Dr Monia Slim is a Tunisian sports physician working in Aspetar as NSMP Doctor in charge of women sports national teams. She was the first female team Doctor of Rugby men first team XV and 7’s team.

Dr Rejeb has completed his PhD in Health Sciences - Ghent University Belgium. He has an extensive clinical experience from tertiary hospitals- Orthopaedic and Physical Medicine & a long serving staff at Aspire Academy Sports Medicine Center.

Dr Marcelo is currently the Chief of Sports Radiology in Aspetar and specialist on Musculoskeletal and Interventional Radiology. He is a Members of ExCo for International Skeletal Society.

Prof Dr Vincent Gouttebarge is a former professional footballer who played 14 seasons in France and the Netherlands (232 games; twice ACLR; twice concussion). He is the Chief Medical Officer at FIFPRO (Football Players Worldwide).

Roula Mattar, graduated from Lebanon in 2003 with a degree in nursing and currently senior nurse in charge at Aspire Academy Sports Medicine Center working at Aspire since 2008.

Dr Mathieu is a physiatrist working at the Centre hospitalier de l'Université de Montréal (CHUM), in Canada. He specializes in musculoskeletal ultrasound diagnosis and ultrasound-guided injections.

André is currently the Head of Football Physiology at Aspire Academy in Qatar, managing the unit’s service
provision across Aspire Academy, QFA and QLS teams. Former Senior Football Physiologist at Aspire

Lubna Al-Raisi is an Omani sports podiatrist who is currently working in Aspetar since 2016. she is specialized in podiatric management and treatment of foot and ankle injuries among athletes.

Nicoletta Luchini is an Italian physiotherapist. She has worked in Switzerland in a orthopedic and rheumatology rehabilitation hospital and with youth volleyball teams from 1995 until 2006.

Dr Zarko Vuckovic is a General Surgeon and a groin pain specialist. Alongside his work as a surgeon, having a notable sports culture and affection for sports,

Dr George is a sports scientist and exercise physiologist with international experience on football performance & science. Dr. George is an associate professor at the United Arab Emirates University

Daniele is currently Football Performance Coordinator at Aspire Academy managing the integration of the different areas of the Football Performance & Science department within QSL and QFA. Academically holds Master of Sports Science.

Konstrantinos is a Sports Physiotherapist in Aspetar since 2016 which he does sports specific rehabilitation of football players but also for the rest of the sports with knee injuries, mostly ACLR.

Dr Osvaldo Pangrazio is currently the President of the Medical & Anti-Doping Commission of CONMEBOL. He is also the Medical Committee of FA Paraguay

Dr Mauricio is currently working at the Aspire Academy Sport Medicine Center. He is a Specialist in Sport Medicine, Specialists in Pediatric and earned a PhD in Surgery Medicine.

Andrew is a UK qualified lawyer with extensive experience in the sports sector. He is the chief legal officer of the AFC, with responsibility for the supervision and management of the AFC’s legal function and all legal activities undertaken by the organisation.

Dr Markus is a passionate Sports & Musculoskeletal Consultant Physician with a broad medical knowledge of all major fields in medicine.

Cosmin is a Sport physiotherapist from Romania working with the 1st Football National Team of Qatar, part of Nation Teams Medical Services Unit and a PhD student at University of Liege – Belgium

Karen is a private physiotherapist with the Master's Degree in Sports Medicine and Health Science. She has joined the AFC injury surveillance program since 2017 and is working closely with Aspetar hospital.

Dr Elisabeth is a Consultant Hand Surgeon, Head of Hand and Wrist Surgery at Aspetar. She is an Associate Professor of Orthopaedic, Karolinska Institutet, Stockholm, Sweden. She Subspecialized in wrist disorders and instabilities, nerve compressions/chronic pain syndromes & sports traumatology.

Prof Arumugam is the Director of CSS and Prof. & Head - Department of Arthroscopy & Sports Medicine Sri Ramachandra Institute of Higher Education & Research. He is also the President – Indian Association of Sports Medicine (IASM) President (Elect) - Indian Arthroscopy Society (IAS).

Shaima Al Khaldi is the Director of scientific support department. She joined the organisation in September 2010. She has over 10 years’ experience both as a clinical and sports dietician.

Dr Zainab is the Director of Pharmacy Department. She joined Aspetar since 2009. She is a holder of Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) Degree with more than 12 years of experience in different fields in Pharmacy especially Sports Pharmacy.

Dr Khouloud is a Laboratory Manager at the College of Health & Life Sciences in Hamad Ben Khalifa University. She obtained her PhD in Exercise Physiology at Claude Bernard University Lyon, France.

Dr Naser is currently the Program Director of Kuwait Orthopaedic Residency and Treasurer of Kuwait Orthopaedic Society. He is a Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic Specialist practicing in Al Razi Orthopeadic Tertiary Centre.

Professor Rob Duffield works in the School of Sport, Exercise & Rehabilitation at the University of Technology Sydney. He is also Head of Research & Development at Football Australia

Dr Katrine is a Senior Lecturer and Hons. Lecturer at St Mary’s University, Twickenham (UK) & at Queen Mary University of London (UK) respectively. She sits on the UEFA advisory group Fitness4 Football & works with FIFA, national associations, and elite clubs.

Maria Ruiz de Oña is a football coach developer. She began her career as a psychologist at Athletic Club of Bilbao in 1996. Currently, she is working in Aspire academy, football Performance Depart.

Dr Muna is a board certified in both emergency and family medicine. She worked with the Supreme Committee for Delivery and Legacy on the preparation for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022. Her main role was to train the medical staff involved in the event.

Maryam Al-Naimi is a Qatari Radiologist. She completed her medical training at King Faisal University in Saudi Arabia in 2005.
