Dato’ Dr. Gurcharan Singh, commonly known as Dato’ Guru, is a veteran sports medicine physician with over 35 years of involvement in sports medicine and anti-doping programs in Malaysia and internationally. He is a Sports Medicine Physician and he is currently Chairman, AFC Medical Committee and Member , FIFA Medical Committee.

Andy Massey joined FIFA in 2020, having worked at Liverpool FC for the previous 7 years as Head of Medical Services. At FIFA he has been tasked with leading the Medical Subdivision. His current projects are looking at strategies to improve the physical and mental health of footballers globally and providing frameworks for clubs, member associations and confederations to deliver the optimal medical care for all, and to encourage football participation.

Dr Pieter D’Hooghe is the Chief Medical Officer at Aspetar Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine Hospital in Doha, Qatar. Over the last decade, he has successfully delivered the medical coverage as Aspetar Hospital Chief Medical Officer supporting major sports events. He specializes in Sports Traumatology of the lower leg with focus on the arthroscopic treatment of athletic Knee and Ankle/Foot injuries.

Dr. Raouf Nader Rekik is a medical doctor and sports physician with a background in emergency medicine, and he holds a PhD in Physical Activities and Sport Science. He has been working as a Clubs and Federations doctor in the National Sport Medicine Programme (NSMP) department, Aspetar hospital since 2012.

He is the Scotland Men’s A team doctor as well as the Chief Medical Officer of the Scottish FA. He is course director of the FIFA Emergency Care Pitch Side Course as well as the UEFA Football Doctor Education Programme – Emergency Medicine

Dr. Vinotha Genisan is a dedicated Sports Medicine Specialist. She earned her MBBS from Melaka-Manipal Medical College before pursuing a Master’s in Sports Medicine at the prestigious University of Malaya. Since 2014, she has been an integral part of Hospital Kuala Lumpur. Dr. Vinotha has played a crucial role in the recovery and performance of countless athletes. Her expertise has taken her to national and international sporting events, where she has served as a team physician or tournament doctor at the SUKMA Games, Para SUKMA, SEA Games, Badminton Asia, and many more. As a National Classifier for para-athletics, she is deeply involved in advancing the field of adaptive sports.
