Dr. Patrick Goh

Singapore

Dr. Goh is a private sports medicine specialist at Sports Medicine International in Singapore. He was a former Deputy Director of Sports Medicine at the Singapore Sports Council, Team physician for Team Singapore and the National Soccer team on multiple occasions.

He is currently Chairman of the Section of Sports Medicine in the Academy of Medicine, Singapore. His key areas of interest include ultrasound diagnostics and guided interventions including PRP injections and ESWT for musculoskeletal conditions.

His voluntary involvement in anti-doping began over 34 years ago, as a doping control officer in 1991. He was past Chair of the SNOC Anti-Doping Subcommittee and was largely responsible for the formation of Anti-Doping Singapore (ADS) in 2009. His multiple roles have included:
• Chairman of Singapore National Anti-Doping Advisory Board 2011 - 2024
• Chairman of South East Asia Regional Anti-Doping Organisation (SEARADO) from 2013 to 2024
• Founding board member of iNADO (Institute of National Anti-Doping Organisations)
• Previously member of WADA’s RADO Advisory Committee and Governance Review Committee.

In 2020, he received National Day Bronze Medal Award (PBM) for his service to Singapore in Anti-Doping.
