Check In / Check Out Policy
- Hotel's standard check-in time is at 15:00 hours and standard check-out time is at 12:00.
- Delegates planning on arriving prior to check-in or departing after the normal check-out time are advised to book their room a day prior
and/or for a day after departure depending on the flight schedule.
The cancellation policy
- No charge if cancelled 24hrs prior to arrival.
- One night room charge if cancelled less then 24hrs before arrival or No Show.
Airport Transfers
- Limousine airport pick up – QR150/- per car (maximum of 2 delegates per car)
- Airport drop off – QR120/- per car (maximum of 2 delegate per car)
- Airport pick up not cancelled 3 hours prior to the arrival time of the flight (or delay of more than 1 hour) will be charged
- Flight details to be provided in advance for airport pick up.
