REGISTRATION INFORMATION

The organising committee of the 7th AFC Medical Conference Qatar 2022 would like to offer the following registration fees with low cost high level scientific programme.

Participants who register for the Conference shall be provided with the following:-

Morning and Afternoon Tea Breaks and Lunch.
Scientific Booklet (Conference program and abstracts from keynote symposiums, instructional lectures and/or free papers).
Delegate Conference Kit (satchel, notepads, souvenirs and giveaways).
Access to Scientific Exhibition.
Access to Poster Presentation Session.
e-Certificate of Participation.
CME / CPD points (note: attendance will be monitor and number of CME/CPD points shall correspond to the number of hours attended).
Attendance to the Pre-Event Workshop/Courses, at an additional fees.

PRE-CONFERENCE ACTIVITIES & CADAVER WORKSHOP

Note: Only Participants who have registered for the Conference shall be entitled to register for the
Pre-Conference Course / Workshops.

Teaching Materials (Manuals, Journals, Publications and/or Compiled Instruction Lectures).
Seminar Kit (Satchel, Notepad, Souvenirs and/or Giveaways).
e-Certificate of Attendance.
CME / CPD Points (note: attendance will be monitor and number of CME/CPD points shall correspond to the number of hours attended).

For the avoidance of doubt, the Registration Fees for the Conference and/or Pre-Conference Courses / Cadaver Workshop shall only extend to access and participation to the Conference and/or Pre-Conference / Workshop sessions as well as all items outlined above, and shall in no way include any other expenses, including without limitation, travel, accommodation, meals and personal expenses which will have to be borne by the participants respectively.

PAYMENTS TERMS

All Registration Fees for the Conference and/or Pre-Conference Course/Workshops shall be paid in the Qatar Riyals (QAR) currency using credit card with all the bank charges (if any) to be borne by the applicant.

Upon payment completion, the applicant will receive an online payment receipt. The receipt must be kept and presented at the registration counter when collecting the accreditation card at the Conference Venue (The Westin Doha Hotel and Spa).
