Dr. Xin He is a part-time lecturer in the Department of Orthopaedics & Traumatology at The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) and a Doctor of Physiotherapy student at the University of Sydney. From 2021 to 2023, she served as a postdoctoral fellow and led the Sport Injury Research Lab. Dr. He is a registered Chinese Medicine Practitioner in Hong Kong.
She earned her Master of Science in Musculoskeletal Medicine and Rehabilitation in 2016 and joined the CUHK sports medicine team in 2017. In 2021, she completed her PhD in Orthopaedics & Traumatology, focusing on muscle recovery and dynamic knee stability following Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) reconstruction. Her current research interests include sports rehabilitation, knee biomechanics post-ACL injury, and ACL injury prevention.
