Prof Faleh Tamimi

Prof Faleh Tamimi, holds academic appointments at McGill University (Montreal, Canada) and at Qatar University (Doha, Qatar) were he currently serves as the Associate Dean of Academics of the College of Dental Medicine.

He is also the Associate Editor of the Journal of Prosthodontics and the former co-Director of the Quebec Network of Oral Health Research. His multidisciplinary and translational research covers various areas including the fields of biomaterials, tissue regeneration, inflammation, and chronobiology.

He has published one book and 167 peer-reviewed articles with over 3500 citations, and an h-index of 34. He has received important awards including the Canada Research Chair and the W.W. Wood Excellence in Teaching Award from the Association of Canadian Faculties of Dentistry.
