Dr Osvaldo Pangrazio Kullak

Dr. Osvaldo Pangrazio is currently the President of the Medical and Anti-Doping Commission of CONMEBOL (Confederación Sudamericana de Fútbol). He is also the Medical Committee of Football Association of Paraguay from 2014 - 2017 and the Team Doctor of the Paraguayan National Football Team at the 2006 FIFA World Cup in Germany.

Dr. Osvaldo is Doctor of Medicine and Surgery" (December 29, 1986) - National University of Asunción, Paraguay and specialised in Traumatology and Orthopedics (1989-1997).
